For the 1st desktop installation (per organisation) of Linux Ubuntu is completely FREE. Subsequent installs cost £20 per install.

All support activity is from Monday - Friday.
Desktop support involves phoneline support between business hours 9:00 - 17:00GMT.
Server support is calculated to provide phoneline support between hours 8:00 - 18:00GMT. If 24 hour server support is required this will incure extra costs.

This service provides our clients the reassurance that critical updates will be performed on a regular basis.
We also provide guidance with maintenance to inform the client of the tasks being performed.

All installations will be performed by our LPI Certified engineer/s.
We will aim to not only to perform the installation but identify how you and your business will benefit from adopting an open source initiative.
Installations should take around 30 minutes to perform.

Our basic presentation allows new users to Linux/Ubuntu to gain an understanding of this operating system.
The basic presentation also explains to users the benefits of open source framework as well as why Linux is considered the most reliable/secure operating system currently available.
Advanced presentations involve providing an indepth understanding of features of Ubuntu.
User workshops allow individuals to experience the power of Linux/Ubuntu. This involves installing packages, configuring applications and general maintenance.
The administrators workshop is designed for administrators from the Windows/Mac environment to increase their skill set by configuring applications such as: Apache, Evolution/Thunderbird, SMTP server, Firestarter
Networking, remote desktop, wireless configuration, multiverse vs universe are just some of the extra topics that are present in the administrators workshop.
